Tuesday at 7pm I’ll me moderating a panel discussion at the In These Times offices about Iran and the Left. Details here:

Where does the Left stand on Iran? While crystal clear about our opposition to US intervention, where do we stand, if anywhere, on the internal situation in Iran today? Where do Iranian feminists, dissident intellectuals, and human rights activists figure in our thinking? Where should they figure? What do they want from us? Are we listening? Why are so many progressives confused about these questions?
