Via “Economists’ View”;http://economistsview.typepad.com/, Thomas Palley continues waging his highly counter-intuitive (and persuasive) battle to expand Sarbanes-Oxley. He proposes eight new reforms like:
Reform # 6. Managers should be required to refund performance bonuses paid on the basis of results that are subsequently revised down.
Makes sense to me.
