Bloggers: Not Just White Dudes!
Via Racialicious comes this article in Boston Globe about bloggers of color. For a while the netroots and the political blogosphere have been depressingly white. (I am, of course, a culprit, alas.) But all of the trends point towards more racial diversity online. ColorofChange.org, which helped organize the Jena 6 protests, has amassed 400,000 members if a remarkably short period of time. This incredibly promising news for the progressive movement.
