Why God, Why?
I’m depressed this morning after last night’s Cubs loss. But being a Cubs fan is a lot like being a lefty in general: you lose a lot, but you retain hope. My friend includes this Samuel Beckett quote in her emails and it seems fitting:
“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.”
