If you ever have the opportunity, you should definitely make a point of attending oral arguments at the Supreme Court. It’s thrilling and fascinating. Dahlia’s run-down of yesterday’s preceedings is here.

I have no analysis to offer, except to say that the members of the United States Supreme Court, seem, to this layman at least, to be very very smart.
