Dylan’s far more charming in this clip, though equally stoned out of his gourd (someone get the dude a glass of water for chrissake!)

The second to last question is pretty interesting, about the fact that in Like a Rolling Stone and Positively 4th Street Dylan is “hard” on people. This reminds me of this great Louis Menand essay on Dylan (and Dylan interviews) in which he aptly describes the early Dylan as a “put-down artist.”
