Caucus 101

My colleague Te-Ping Chen interviews the man who invented the Iowa caucus. Turns out it was born at a moment of larger reform of the Democratic nominating mechanisms, reforms which echo to this day and will ultimately play a big role in who gets nominated. Check it out.
