Strength Through Peace
That’s Kucinich’s slogan on his signs here in New Hampshire. Watching this debate, I miss him, particularly as Charlie Gibson asks these questions meant to elicit hawkish responses from the candidates: “What would you do after a major American city was nuked?” “Isn’t the surge working?” I wish Dennis was up there to challenge all the crazily militaristic assumptions that undergird the questions.
