Hello World?

It’s 4:45am and I’m on the Edwards bus as we criss cross the state. Tonight takes us through the beautiful but economically hard-hit mill towns near the Vermont border. And yes, folks came out to events at 2am and 4:30am. I’m in a contemplative mood, and thinking that democratic self-governance is kind of magical. When it works, anyway.
