Don't Blame Bill

Like a lot of other people, I found Bill Clinton’s antics in the last few weeks distasteful, even infuriating. But I always thought it was a smart tactical choice from the perspective of the Democratic primary politics. Interestingly, in the exit polling data coming out of SC, Obama won across pretty much every sub category (except white people). One place where he didn’t win though was among voters who said Bill Clinton’s campaigning was “very important.”
